Our brand solution reflects the clean lines and contemporary, modern ethos of the gallery and the work displayed there. The use of a simplified ‘E’ shape in the word ‘step’ alludes to the stone steps from which the gallery derives its name. The simple typographic form of the logotype compliments the many different pieces of artwork on display in an unobtrusive manner while still creating a subtly distinctive brand. The brand colour palette is natural, neutral and contemporary in tone.
