Office of the Ombudsman

The job of the Ombusman is to examine complaints from members of the public who believe they have been unfairly treated by certain public service providers. The Ombudsman provide a free public service that is open and accountable. They examine complaints in a fair, independent and impartial way. Wonder Works has helped the Ombudsman produce numerous reports detailing the outcomes of their examinations.
